1) When will my order arrive?
Our delivery time is usually 2-7 working days within India, depending upon your location in the country. Most orders are delivered within 4 working days.
2) What are your shipping charges?
PREPAID ORDERS - We offer FREE delivery in India for prepaid orders above INR 500
For prepaid orders below INR 500, a minimal shipping charges of INR 49 is levied.
CASH ON DELIVERY - A minimal shipping charges of INR 60 is levied irrespective of the order value.
3) What are the refund policies?
We have a non refund policy . All the items are handmade and made on order basis . Most of the items can be exchanged for new products only if the products received are damaged or defected or in case of incorrect order received we can exchange . Also the products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
4) What if you receive a defective /damaged piece?
We have a team to look at the quality check before processing the order.
In rare cases , if you still receive defective or damaged piece please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving the order at 9069079084 . With the images we will exchange It for a new pair .
5) What if I receive a wrong order?
Our clients happiness is what we want . We try our best to deliver the best to our clients but in case you receive a wrong order , that item is yours ! We will send across the correct order again and the previous order can be kept as a gift from our end .
6) Time to process return?
It will take 10-15 working days to process return.
7) How do I cancel my order?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us, mentioning your order ID.
- If we receive your cancellation request before we have dispatched your order, we will refund the entire amount within 10 working days of date of cancellation.
- If we receive your cancellation request AFTER your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
- We ship COD orders only after confirmation from the customer, hence we do not accept cancellations at any time after order dispatch.
8) How do I return/exchange my order?
If unfortunately you decide to not keep the product, please inform us via mail within 3 days of delivery and courier the product to the following address- (after carefully packing it so that it doesn't break in transit)

Once we receive the product, we would inspect it and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 7 days of receiving your return. You can shop for that amount within 3 months in the future.
Cancellation/exchange/refund is not applicable to products bought during Promotional Sales. There is NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND policy for Promotional Sales.
If we receive the product damaged, NO reimbursement of any sort will be issued. Nor will the parcel/product shipped back to you again.
9) Do you customise on request ?
Yes, we do! We can customise products for your wedding, mehendi, sangeet or birthday parties! Please mail us with your requirement at email@example.com and we'll be more than glad to do it for you!

Right now we sell online only. But we do put up various exhibitions, please check our Facebook/Instagram for information of any upcoming exhibition.
